Kevin Brozovich is the Founder and Chief People Officer at HRM Innovations LLC. HRM provides Human Resources consulting, training, and recruiting support to a variety of customers. Prior to starting HRM, Kevin spent 11 years as a member of the executive leadership team at a Toyota Group company where lean was a way of life. He was responsible for the HR, Purchasing, Accounting, Business Planning, Safety and Environmental departments.
