Please join us for networking, breakfast, and an informative & engaging presentation on Courageous Conversations from Lorraine Medici.  This program has been approved for 1.5 SHRM PDCs and 1.5 General HRCI Credits.

This breakfast training will introduce Radical Candor as a model to find the “sweet spot” between obnoxious and soft-toeing around difficult conversations. Knowing how to be “candid with care” builds trust in manager/report relationships, empowers employees to focus on issues and creates a culture of open communication. Participants will walk away understanding where they fall in the model, the barriers that keep us from being fully honest and the impact when we use radical candor.

Learning Objectives:

1. Identify barriers that keep us from having courageous conversations
2. Review the Radical Candor Model
3. Identify the barriers around receiving feedback
4. Discuss strategies to overcome barriers around courageous conversations
